Living fully falls more easily within reach when you are feeling rested, energized and well.  In this series of classes, we will explore weight loss methods, popular dieting trends, eating and lifestyle habits and more. All classes fall within the vein of helping you to feel better and live life more fully so that you may thrive.

August 27:   Eating Keto, intermittent fasting and protein cycling for weight loss.

September 24:  Dietary trends and food confusion: what to eat with conflicting nutrition advice.

October 29:  Changing the way you look at weight loss: behavioral shifts to keep the weight off.

November 26:  An Ounce of Prevention is worth a pound of cure: Eating with disease prevention in mind.

December 17:  Beyond Food: Lifestyle hacks to help you thrive.

Danielle is a health and wellness coach trained and certified by The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.  With a passion for nutrition and a desire to help others live a fuller, healthier, happier life, she came to this profession.  She is also a graduate in the studies of Auric Self-Healing and Kabbalistic Self-Healing here at The Estuary's School of Healing Arts.
